NesbittAire Modular Unit Ventilator systems provide a superior year-round environment at an affordable first cost and outstanding life cycle cost.  These fully automatic, self-contained systems control the thermal environment in an individual space.  They maintain comfort regardless of the season.  They provide heat when it’s cold outdoors and mechanical cooling when it’s hot.  Between the seasons they can cool with up to 100% outdoor air, reducing the cost of operating mechanical refrigeration.

Throughout the year, NesbittAire modular unit ventilators have the ability to provide controlled ventilation as may be required to overcome stagnant odors and maintain comfortable humidity levels.

Being pre-engineered and completely factory assembled, NesbittAire modular unit ventilators install for less.  A prime contributor to the low installed cost is the elimination of expensive ductwork.  These NesbittAire modular unit ventilators are adaptable to all wall thicknesses.  A single unit can provide environmental control for up to 2000 sq. ft.

The NesbittAire modular unit ventilator quietly provides the most comfortable environment to each space served with individual temperature control, automatic heating/cooling changeover, night set back and morning ready, and 100% outside air cooling capability.  The compact, self-contained units readily blend with contemporary building interiors.

On new construction or renovations the building interface involves inclusion of the wall sleeve with an outside grille in the building wall.  With all electric buildings a single power cable connection is the only mechanical service required.  When installed with a central boiler, only two hydronic piping connections at the unit are required.
