Preset Snap-in Sensors
Description:
ACCUTHERM® sensors are used in all ACCUSTAT® temperature
controls. They have solder rings, which snap into the fuse clips of the
ACCUSTAT®. The "S"
series are preset and cannot be adjusted. They have an accuracy of ± 1°F and
a differential (air) 1.5°/2°F. ACCUTHERM® sensors are unaffected by
vibration, not position sensitive, and are hermetically sealed. 100
milliamps maximum resistive load.

Sensors shall be
hermetically sealed, preset or adjustable type, actuated by a mercury column contacting internal
platinum electrodes. Temperature drift shall be no more than
.1°F/year for preset types and not more than .25°F/year for adjustable
types. Sensor shall be equipped with contact rings, provided both
electrical connections, and a means for holding sensors in place. |
