Accustat Duct or Wall Mounted Limiters

Description:

ACCUSTAT® Limiters wire in series with existing thermostats to prevent heating or cooling temperatures from exceeding chosen limits.  Snap-in ACCUTHERM® sensors, preset or adjustable, sold separately, provide precise temperature limiting.  Advantages include no drift accuracy, energy savings of up to 30% or more, and very low cost.  Duct limiters (for forced air systems) sense return air temperature.  Wall Mount limiters sense room air temperature.  With slight modification, limiters may be used as primary thermostats.  Differential is 1.5° to 3° F depending on overall system.  In some high velocity duct applications, differential may be smaller.  Your selection of ACCUTHERM® temperature sensors will determine your set point and/or ranges.

Application:

Energy management systems, special temperature monitors and alarms, computers, etc., wherever dependable, high accuracy temperature sensing inputs are needed.

Engineering Specifications:

Shall be either duct or wall mounting type, with holding clips for snap-in preset or adjustable mercury sensors.  Duct types shall include wiring terminals and a mounting bracket.  Wall type units shall include wiring terminals, and a molded plastic case with integral locking cover.

 

Warranty:
